The Role

We’re looking for an individual who thrives on shaping an environment of peak performance. The successful candidate will play an integral role in supporting the execution of key strategic, cross-functional, and product management-related initiatives. They will have good judgment, excellent organizational skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to develop strong relationships and drive results.  The position also requires collaboration with the three different markets as well as investments.

We’ll trust you to:

  • Develop and define project goals, scope, timelines, and deliverables that support product-related business objectives in collaboration with project sponsors, project owners, and other stakeholders
  • Create comprehensive project plans and documentation, identifying and managing dependencies, to track progress across product-related initiatives
  • Lead and coordinate internal and third-party project resources for execution of projects 
  • Monitor project progress continuously and disseminate detailed reporting on project status and milestones to all stakeholders  
  • Identify, monitor, and escalate project risks, constraints, and blockers to project sponsors, project owners, and leadership
  • Conduct post-project evaluation and identify successful and unsuccessful project elements
  • In coordination with Product Managers, lead cross-functional meetings, including setting agendas and preparing materials
  • Create and deliver presentations to senior leadership, as needed

You'll need to have:

  • The ability to build strong, long lasting relationships
  • A positive, team-oriented attitude and strong leadership skills
  • A strong sense of urgency, excellent judgment, and strategic prioritization skills
  • The ability to organize, plan, and manage several concurrent initiatives with varying priorities while maintaining acute attention to detail
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills including the ability to present to senior leadership
  • A growth mindset and continuously eager to acquire new skills to succeed in a dynamic evolving environment
  • Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel
  • Proven track record of implementing complex financial projects including but not limited to launching new products, implementing technical platforms, and driving new process adoption
  • Experience with project management technology and software preferred  
  • 5+ years of project management experience in Financial Services
  • A bachelor’s degree (or higher)

Compensation Information: Annual base salary for this role is $100,000 - $105,000. Salary is estimated for this role. Actual pay may be different.

 

Discretionary Bonus: Role may be eligible to receive an annual discretionary bonus. Discretionary bonuses are determined by several factors including, but not limited to, firm, team, and individual performance.
