The Role

We are hiring a senior leader to drive the strategic growth agenda for Leveraged Credit investment capabilities. This individual will be responsible for the organic growth and revenue generation of this capability by aligning sales, marketing, investment leadership, and senior management around strategy and execution.  Success will be measured by the growth of the capability and products across key channels and client segments.

The Product Manager plays a critical partnership across Client Services, Product Strategy, and Investments Leadership to ensure the commercial success of our products. This is a high-impact, cross-functional leadership position — a driving force for organic growth at the intersection of client demand, market trends, and investment expertise. 

We’ll trust you to:

1. Lead Commercial Strategy and Go-to-Market Execution

  • Drive the go-to-market plan for our leveraged credit products, partnering with Investment Leaders and Product Strategy.
  • Serve as a senior commercial partner to US Wealth Management, US Institutional, and Global sales teams, ensuring client engagement efforts are aligned with investment strengths.
  • Collaborate with Strategic Relationships and Consultant Relations to advance product placement across platforms, intermediaries, and institutional buyers.
  • Partner with Sales Leadership and Marketing to ensure messaging and positioning are differentiated and dynamic, and that marketing campaigns are delivering high engagement and impact.

 

2. Partner on Capability Development and Market Alignment

  • Identify opportunities to expand or evolve vehicle offerings.
  • Assess new strategy and product vehicle launch proposals.
  • Leverage competitive intelligence, client feedback, and platform trends to recommend enhancements to positioning, structure, or distribution tactics.
  • Oversee product launch efforts, coordinating across functions to drive impact at scale.

 

3. Lead a High-Performing Culture

  • Set direction for high performing teams to achieve growth targets.
  • Build awareness and buy-in across stakeholders, and ensure execution across commercial initiatives.
  • Define KPI’s and foster a culture of ownership, client centricity, and strategic thinking.  

 

4. Own Growth Accountability and Performance Monitoring

  • Track and analyze organic growth across products, vehicles, and client types, relative to benchmarks and peers.
  • Provide regular updates to senior leadership, including Quarterly Investment Check Ins and firmwide Town Halls.
  • Ensure alignment of product growth strategies with firm goals

You'll need to have:

  • A minimum of 15 years of industry experience in investment marketing, sales, and/or a commercially oriented investment role.
  • Proven experience in product management and strategy development.
  • Strong commercial orientation with the ability to lead go-to-market strategy
  • Excellent writing, presentation, and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong skills in organization, prioritization, and time management.
  • Detail-oriented and proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
  • BA/BS degree in a related field.
  • Series 7 and ability to attain Series 24 license

Compensation Information: Annual base salary for this role is $250,000-$275,000. Salary is estimated for this role. Actual pay may be different.

Discretionary Bonus: Role may be eligible to receive an annual discretionary bonus. Discretionary bonuses are determined by several factors including, but not limited to, firm, team, and individual performance.
