The Role

We are looking for a Head of Alternatives FP&A to support our growing Private Credit and Alternative Assets Business.

We’ll trust you to:

  • Lead all FP&A activities across the private credit and alternatives platform, including portfolio forecasting, fund-level modeling, decision-making analysis, capital deployment pacing, and liquidity management.
  • Partner directly with senior leadership, the investment team, and capital markets professionals to provide actionable insights that drive strategic decision making.
  • Be a key resource in strategic initiatives including new product launches, capital structure optimization, and platform scalability.
  • Monitor monthly fund returns and develop presentations for leadership.
  • Use data analytics tools and other modeling techniques to enhance returns and operational efficiency across alternatives vehicles.
  • Maintain appropriate leverage levels while monitoring liquidity and cash management across the alternatives platform.

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 6 - 8 years experience at in financial planning and analysis and treasury at an investment adviser.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with private investment funds (private credit, private equity) required.

Compensation Information: Annual base salary for this role is $140,000 - $160,000. Salary is estimated for this role. Actual pay may be different.

Discretionary Bonus: Role may be eligible to receive an annual discretionary bonus. Discretionary bonuses are determined by several factors including, but not limited to, firm, team, and individual performance.
