The Role

We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic professional to lead the Private Assets Strategic Analytics function within our Finance team. This role is pivotal in shaping data-driven insights and performance analytics across our private assets portfolio, specifically private credit,. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in asset management, strong quantitative skills, and a passion for translating complex data into actionable intelligence.

We’ll trust you to:

  • Partner with investment teams, finance, and risk to deliver insights that inform capital allocation, portfolio construction, and strategic planning.
  • Design and maintain dashboards, models, and reporting tools to support senior management decision-making for existing and prospective products.
  • Drive automation and scalability of analytics processes using advanced tools and technologies.
  • Monitor market trends and benchmarks to contextualize portfolio performance and identify opportunities or risks.
  • Support quarterly and annual reporting cycles, including board and investor presentations.
  • Collaborate with data engineering and technology teams to ensure data integrity and infrastructure alignment.

You'll need to have:

  • 6–8 years of experience in asset management, investment analytics, or financial strategy, with a focus on private markets.
  • Strong understanding of private asset, fund structures, operational workflows, and performance metrics.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI/Tableau, and financial modeling; experience with Python or SQL is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration and project leadership.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred.

Compensation Information: Annual base salary for this role is $140,000 - $190,000. Salary is estimated for this role. Actual pay may be different.

Discretionary Bonus: Role may be eligible to receive an annual discretionary bonus. Discretionary bonuses are determined by several factors including, but not limited to, firm, team, and individual performance.
