The Role

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Investment Platform Technology team, focusing on front office platforms like Charles River and Portware. The role involves product support, workflow configuration, user collaboration, requirement documentation, application tuning, training, testing, and issue resolution. A financial industry background and operational experience, preferably in buy-side asset management, are essential.

We’ll trust you to:

  • Working closely with Portfolio Managers and Traders to manage day-to-day operations.
  • Implement new workflows and configuration by providing product expertise and guidance.
  • Work with vendors team for issues and drive enhancements.
  • Manage upgrade, ensure all workflows are tested for any changes.
  • Contribute to the continuous enhancement and improvement of support processes and methods.
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, balance key tasks, and manage time effectively.
  • Run and develop reports based on user needs.

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelors or master’s in computer science, Engineering, Physics, Math, or related work experience.
  • 4+ years demonstrable experience in supporting portfolio modeling/order management system.
  • Understanding of Fixed Income and equities trading.
  • Experience in OMS/EMS platforms like Charles River, Aladdin, Bloomberg, Portware etc. with be plus.
  • Proficiency with SQL and reporting tools will be preferred.
  • Experience in any testing framework or tools.
  • Strong Team player work ethic and positive attitude.

Compensation Information: Annual base salary for this role is $175,000 - $185,000. Salary is estimated for this role. Actual pay may be different.

Discretionary Bonus: Role may be eligible to receive an annual discretionary bonus. Discretionary bonuses are determined by several factors including, but not limited to, firm, team, and individual performance.
