Lead a bright team whose primary responsibility is to provide critical reporting and insights to senior leaders, modernize our data platform, and deliver boardroom ready intelligence that sharpens strategic decision making. We’ll trust you to:

  • Advanced Data Analysis: Drive actionable insights by uncovering meaningful trends, patterns, and correlations across a wide array of datasets helping inform key business decisions and strategies
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and sales to enable data-driven decision-making across the organization
  • Data-Driven Reporting: Collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver compelling dashboards and reports that transform complex data into intuitive, visually engaging, and actionable insights.
  • Training & Support: Provide mentorship, training, and ongoing support to internal team members and users, fostering a culture of data literacy and ensuring the effective utilization of data tools and platforms
  • Data Excellence: Partner with data engineering on establishing data maintenance and access best practices to elevate data quality, enrich datasets, and ease use
  • Data Processing for Product Development: Collaborate with tech leads on data processing and preparation initiatives that support CRM product development and management
  • Data Strategy & Acquisition: Collaborate on the acquisition of data from diverse sources, ensuring it is structured, optimized, and readily accessible for business intelligence and operational needs

You'll need to have:

  • Proven leadership experience in data science or analytics
  • Strong understanding of data governance, data processing, and data visualization tools
  • Proficiency in modern data tools, technologies, and platforms (e.g., SQL, Python, BI tools, CRM systems)
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and develop teams

Compensation Information: Annual base salary for this role is $200,000-$240,000. Salary is estimated for this role. Actual pay may be different.

Discretionary Bonus: Role may be eligible to receive an annual discretionary bonus. Discretionary bonuses are determined by several factors including, but not limited to, firm, team, and individual performance.
