We are looking for a Senior Appian Developer to join our team

We’ll trust you to:

  • Ability to design, build, test, deploy and maintain Appian applications.
  • Experience with properly utilizing each of Appian’s core components and implement them according to proven design patterns.
  • Ability to design a relational data model for an application and perform advanced database functions.
  • Academic understanding of advanced Appian components and configurations such as plugins and connected systems.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and debug common issues and know where to locate more information when required.

You'll need to have:

  • Prior Appian experience in a senior developer role
  • 4+ years of related experience working in a technical role with business users.
  • Hands on knowledge of Database’s, Web Services, FTP, JMS, and other web integration technologies
  • Familiarity with application servers, web servers, operating systems, and web application architectural concepts
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS and/or other relatively simple programming languages
  • Familiarity with Agile software delivery methodology.
  • An understanding of how people use software and what makes for a good user experience.
  • An aptitude for problem solving.
  • Familiarity with testing enterprise software applications
  • Superior communication and presentation skills
  • Additional programming skills in Java, C, React or other common languages.
  • General understanding of financial services industry and Familiarity with tools and technologies prevalent in this area.

Compensation Information: Annual base salary for this role is $150,000 - $160,000. Salary is estimated for this role. Actual pay may be different.

Discretionary Bonus: Role may be eligible to receive an annual discretionary bonus. Discretionary bonuses are determined by several factors including, but not limited to, firm, team, and individual performance.
