  • What's the role?

    We’re seeking to add a highly motivated Administrative Assistant. This role is to provide back-up coverage to multiple teams across the firm, including executive/senior administrative roles and the reception desk. The ideal candidate should possess at least two years of administrative support experience and have the ability to work well under pressure in a busy, dynamic environment. Given you will be supporting a variety of teams and individuals, flexibility and adaptability are key. The Administrative Assistant needs the ability to work from 7am-4pm or 8:30-5:30pm depending on firm needs.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provides administrative support in a complex team environment
    • Fill in for various administrative and reception positions as assigned by HCM Director
    • Coordinates complex, senior-level internal/external meetings and conference calls
    • Handles a high volume of calls and interacts with high level business leaders in a professional and effective manner
    • Maintains complex and extremely detailed calendars and prioritizes meeting requests and related logistics
    • Responsible for participation in general administrative duties, ad-hoc projects, committees and or group events

    Qualifications:

    • Prefer 2+ years of administrative assistant experience
    • Requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Team player with a positive attitude
    • High attention to detail
    • Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently
    • Self-starter with excellent anticipation and problem solving skills
    • Demonstrates high degree of integrity and confidentiality
    • Comfortable working in a sometimes hectic, high pressure environment
    • Ability to work well under pressure, adapt to unexpected events, prioritize and multi-task in a deadline driven environment
    • Must have excellent judgment; independent thinker and resourceful
    • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
