  • What's the role?

    We are currently looking for a bright, energetic and friendly Administrative Assistant to support a busy and highly successful team within our Client Services area.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provides administrative support in a complex team environment
    • Schedule internal and external meetings and conference calls, coordinate conference room, etc.
    • Maintains detailed calendars and prioritizes meeting requests and related logistics.
    • Serve as key liaison for the team with internal groups and support areas across the firm
    • Provide phone coverage for members of the team as needed
    • Help coordinate ad hoc projects 

    Qualifications:

    • Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook a MUST
    • New graduates encouraged to apply with valid internship/experience
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Team player
    • Ability to multi-task and work in a high pressured and fast paced environment
    • Interest in the financial services industry
    • Bachelor's Degree
