  • What's the role?

    Reporting to the Director, International Client Relationship Manager, the Client Account Manager is primarily responsible for working with the International Client Relationship Managers to provide exceptional service to clients. This individual is also responsible for client intelligence and client communications. The position requires outstanding teamwork and collaboration with a strong emphasis on the ability to work closely with multiple departments throughout the organization, including investments, product, data, legal, compliance, marketing and operations.


    Client Service

    • Coordinate, prepare and deliver all standard and custom reporting to clients
    • Receive and respond to client inquiries and requests
    • Prepare materials and facilitate logistics for client meetings (calls, on-sites and off-sites)
    • Participate in all client conference calls and on-site meetings

    Client Intelligence

    • Maintain documentation for client accounts and ensure it is properly disseminated internally and recorded
    •  Oversee transition management for segregated & sub-advised international accounts
      o Manage account openings and closings
      o Facilitate contributions and withdrawals
      o Coordinate account maintenance requests such as custodian and IMA changes, including guidelines and fees

    Client Communications

    •  Oversee process of informing clients of Web-Ex events, personnel changes and organizational updates
    •  Provide clients with investment and intellectual capital communications


    •  2-4 years work experience
    •  Series 7 and Series 66 licenses (can be attained after taking role)
    •  Proactive, collaborative team player
    •  Ability to organize, plan and manage several concurrent initiatives with varying priorities
    •  Exceptional attention to detail
    •  High sense of urgency and degree of initiative and self-motivation
    •  Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and follow-up skills
    •  Resourceful with excellent problem-solving skills
    •  Strong desire to learn and grow industry knowledge
    •  Solid PowerPoint, Excel and Word skills
