  • What's the role?

    We're looking to hire an experienced Analyst to join our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team.


    Incorporate insightful metrics, analyze relevant factors and develop financial reporting to measure key strategic, operational, and tactical business decisions.


    Primary Responsibilities will include:
     Understand financial opportunities and performance implications affecting overall growth and health of the firm
     Generate in-depth management reporting that will advise and drive change within the organization
     Provide financial reporting and analytical support to better measure business goals and objectives
     Collaborate with business leaders to determine overall economic drivers and prove a clear understanding of financial impact and feasibility
     Convey data-driven insights to validate practical business decisions through actionable financial analysis
     Analyze trends and measure the financial culpability within all markets to increase economic viability
     Formulate fact-based decisions based on evaluation and assessment of value-added analysis
     Implement disciplined processes to augment reporting capabilities through enhanced rigor, engagement, and consistency


     5-7 yrs. work experience in asset management industry and FP&A team
     Extensive analytical capabilities and financial modeling skills leveraging Oracle Financials, including Essbase and Hyperion

     Extensive analytical and financial modeling skillset
     Technical aptitude and proficiency with financial applications
     Passionate working with data and developing business measurement solutions
     Significant curiosity to learn and comprehend various facets of asset management industry
     Resourceful with excellent problem-solving skills and high attention to detail
     Exceptionally motivated and willingness to take initiative
     Strong communication, interpersonal, and follow-up skills
     Ability to work successfully in a highly collaborative environment

     MBA/CFA/CPA designation preferred
