    Job Description: Head of Content Strategy

    Responsibilities include:

    • Set content strategy for U.S. Retail, U.S. Institutional and International businesses as part of the annual integrated marketing plans for each channel
    • Lead the development of channel-relevant thought leadership and marketing content across a range of platforms, including print, digital and multi-media
    • Partner closely with key organizational partners to lead the execution of timely, engaging content, including investment thought leaders (portfolio managers and CPMs) channel marketers, design and digital professionals, and sales
    • Work with Marketing and Information Services to track and analyze content consumption over time to inform and refine content strategy and optimize development within the team
    • Establish clear objectives for each team member and hold individuals accountable for achieving them, while working with individuals to develop their careers


    • BA/BS degree required
    • 15+ years relevant experience as a writer, editor, managing editor and content strategist
    • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a team of writers/editors and a robust content development pipeline
    • Experience developing a range of content across media
    • Deep understanding of the needs of financial advisors, their clients and institutions, strong familiarity with investments; experience with international clients a plus
    • Experience working with creative and Digital Strategy colleagues to create and sustain a compelling content experience for all target clients
