    Responsible for partnering with Relationship Managers in strengthening and developing relationships with the professional buyer community to win product endorsements and accelerate sales.


    What you’ll do:


    Provide client service for all Broker/Dealer analyst related requests

    • Complete data & attribution inquiries
    • Respond to Investment Professional inquiries (detailed history on departures etc.)
    • Provide commentary (additional language regarding contributors/detractors, outlook, etc. for a specified time period other than the normal quarterly or annual)
    • Research portfolio specific inquiries (sub-advised clients)
    • Coordinate back office changes/issues (Trust changes, Portfolio name changes, etc.) and prospectus mailings
    • Facilitate the review and communication of legal agreements and amendments (i.e. NDA, UCITs etc.)
    • Research Separately Managed Account (SMA) and Mutual Fund (MF) performance discrepancy reviews
    • Facilitate the mailing and printing of invoice reimbursements for sub-advised/insurance clients
    • Oversee general invoice reimbursement resolutions

    Coordinate and attend onsite investment due diligence meetings & conference calls

    • Set-up call & prep meetings, including gathering previous notes, collecting sales, asset and flow data, and preparing all prep documents
    • Prepare all materials (standard and legal/principal review if necessary)
    • Take notes & post to the shared drive
    • Coordinate any necessary follow up items

    Prioritize production of marketing materials around quarter-end


    Facilitate and complete monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad hoc reporting of research tasks and Requests for Information (RFIs) and Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs) to ensure requests and deadlines are met:


    • Coordinate all research related questionnaires, RFIs and DDQs
    • Respond to monthly performance, commentary and holdings requests
    • Ensure quarterly data templates, portals, & certifications requests are completed
    • Coordinate the annual review of prospectus and SAI filings
    • Facilitate the completion of certifications with legal & compliance as requested including regulatory requirements such as the N-CSR, NQ, and MD&A with Operations
    • Complete client specific board reports, surveys, date templates, and ad-hoc requests
    • Manage Series Fund mailing lists

    Work with the Transition Management team on the coordination of all On/off-boarding of all Relationship Management accounts as well as large security withdrawals; I-Share accounts, Insurance Sub-advised accounts, and Commingled Trust participants.

    • Participate in the coordination of kick-off meeting(s) with appropriate internal channels
    • Facilitate internal review of agreement and guidelines
    • Review and coordinate communication with the client/consultant
    • Coordinate logistics with transition manager/operations including confidentiality agreements, timelines, buy/sell list with the Investment Team

    You’ll need to have:

    • 3+ years of Client Service / Relationship Management experience across asset management
    • Prior retail, institutional or Broker/Dealer relationship management and client service experience is preferred but not required
    • You must be authorized to work in the United States
    • Series 7 license is required
    • Self-motivated, positive attitude, goal-oriented with exceptional verbal and written communication skills driven to excel with a sense of urgency to meet strict deadlines
    • Very detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively
