Responsible for partnering with Relationship Managers in strengthening and developing relationships with the professional buyer community to win product endorsements and accelerate sales.
Provide client service for all Broker/Dealer analyst related requests
Coordinate and attend onsite investment due diligence meetings & conference calls
Prioritize production of marketing materials around quarter-end
Facilitate and complete monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad hoc reporting of research tasks and Requests for Information (RFIs) and Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs) to ensure requests and deadlines are met:
Work with the Transition Management team on the coordination of all On/off-boarding of all Relationship Management accounts as well as large security withdrawals; I-Share accounts, Insurance Sub-advised accounts, and Commingled Trust participants.
