Job Overview:


The Product Messaging Associate will play an integral role in developing and delivering product information to Lord Abbett’s clients, prospective clients and distribution partners. This position requires outstanding teamwork and collaboration, with a strong emphasis on the ability to work closely with various departments throughout the organization, including Relationship Management, Legal, Operations and Information Services. The ideal candidate will possess a high degree of intellectual curiosity and a desire to develop a working knowledge of capital markets, Lord Abbett’s investment products and the inner workings of the asset management business


Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Responding to Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs) for a number of investment products to support new and existing business
  • Drafting accurate, compelling and client-focused responses
  • Partnering with other areas of the firm to develop and maintain responses to DDQs/RFPs

  • 1-2 years of relevant work experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
  • Series 7, Series 65 or 66 (may be acquired upon employment)
  • Bachelor’s Degree
