Job Overview:

 

The Document Specialist will provide full adminsitrative support for the Assistant General Counsel and Advertising Compliance Team.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

 

  • Interface with BizFlow system to facilitate legal review of marketing documents
  • Route marketing pieces to the appropriate review person
  • Maintain document files, both electronically and in hard copy
  • Maintain and update database
  • Create and manipulate spreadsheets on Excel
  • File documents with FINRA

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 6-months to 1 year of experience providing administrative support
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Superior organizational skills
  • Outstanding attention to detail
  • Able to build and cultivate relationships with other departments
  • A team player and self-starter
  • Able to handle multiple tasks with varying deadlines
  • A professional, positive attitude
