Lord Abbett is seeking individuals for our Investment Associate Program. The 2-year rotational program is a combination of in-house course instruction and hands on rotational assignments. The educational training will include financial accounting, quantitative research, equity analysis, and fixed income analysis. Training will be taught by experienced, senior investment professionals and industry leaders. During the rotational assignments, the analyst will be aligned with an investment team and will be involved in all aspects of the investment process, from quantitative screening and financial modeling to meetings with company management and portfolio construction. Each assignment will last approximately 12 months, allowing the Investment Associate to become an integral part of the investment team and contribute to results.
The Investment Associate will have opportunities for placement within the Investment Department in Domestic Equities, International Equities, Equity & Credit Research, Taxable Fixed Income, and Tax Free Fixed Income.
The program is designed to provide each participant with fundamental analytic skills, practical investment analysis experience and an in-depth understanding of the investment management industry.
